We have a great opportunity for a Duty Manager to join our Ground Operations Team in Reus.
Reporting to the Station Manager, the Duty Manager is responsible for:
* The day-to-day management of all Jet2.com flights and operational performance at the airport
* Leading the customer-facing teams at the airport to deliver excellent customer service
* On-time performance and management of our safety-first culture
Working on a shift basis, this is a varied and fulfilling role with significant people and operational responsibility.
The Successful Candidate Will Be:
* A driven and motivated manager committed to the development of an operational team and who shares our passion for delivering the highest standards in customer service and safety
* Have a proven track record of managing others in a fast-paced environment
* Have knowledge of Ground Operations and airport processes
* The ability to show flexibility and be forward-thinking in challenging operational situations
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
