Responsibilities:
1. Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries, providing accurate information.
2. Draft and manage employment contracts and addendums for new and existing employees.
3. Oversee on-boarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed correctly in the system.
4. Manage and maintain employee data and processes in Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
5. Create and maintain dashboards for standardized reporting.
6. Update and publish content to knowledge repositories to ensure employees have accessible, up-to-date resources.
7. Promote an exceptional employee experience by providing responsive, high-quality support.
Work Model: Hybrid and flexible work model (2 days at the office)
