At Manpower, we are looking for a talented and versatile HR Generalist to join a dynamic and long-term project with a leading client. This role is perfect for professionals who excel in managing diverse HR functions and are eager to contribute to impactful initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Training and Development:
Coordinate and oversee employee training programs.
Manage training grants and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
* Health and Safety (HSE):
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, working closely with external prevention services.
Oversee risk assessments, emergency protocols, and HSE audits.
* Employee Engagement and Well-being:
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Drive wellness programs to promote a positive workplace culture.
* HR Policy and Compliance:
Collaborate on the development and implementation of HR policies, including diversity and equality initiatives.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and company standards.
* Recruitment and Talent Management:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to fill critical roles.
Support onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration for new employees.
* HR Administration and Tools:
Oversee HR systems, including attendance and payroll tools, ensuring functionality and accuracy.
Manage vendor relationships for HR-related services.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
* Familiarity with training grant management and health and safety regulations.
* Proficiency in English (C1 level).
* Advanced skills in office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
