In this moment of great emphasis on organisational development, BATA Spain and AW LAB Spain would like to include in their HR Management Department a professional to take care of the HR Management processes of the Spanish employees.
In Spain AW LAB is experiencing a period of great development of its network of direct shops and franchises.
KEY CHALLENGES
Coordinate and manage the onboarding of new employees, including initial orientation and training
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Monitor attendance and manage timekeeping system
Assist in managing employee payroll and benefits
Ensure compliance with all labor and safety regulations at the store
Assist in preparing and managing HR audits
Implement company policies and procedures related to HR
Manage HR-related documentation
Manage plant staff selection and recruitment processes
Work closely with production supervisors to understand staffing needs
Coordinate and organize training and development activities for store staff
CORE COMPETENCIES
At least 1 year of HR experience, ideally in multinational environments
Delivers in consistent way following his department priorities, respecting the deadlines
Pursues quality in accomplishing tasks paying attention to details and verifying information
Works well with other departments
Relates well to all kinds of, up, down and sideways, inside and outside the organisation
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to resolving issues
