Job Responsibilities
This person will be responsible for :
* the Instore and online visibility strategy development and execution for all Brands (De’Longhi, Braun, Kenwood and Nutribullet)
* Merchandising, Promoters and Training Plan and organization
* fairs, events and conventions
* Secure quality and visibility at POS
* Budget planning / responsibility and controlling
He / She will be responsible for :
* Merchandiser and Promoter budget, BTL budget for customer activation online and offline;
* Given Budget Management & whole cost estimation / invoice process;
* Training and promoters plans, analysis and follow up : creation, execution and control of plans coordinating with his team and agencies;
* Shop display and in store communication topics such as in store execution material development and distribution;
* Design, creation and production and rollout of all Instore communication materials including shop displays & SIS;
* Innovation in terms of shop displays, POS material, digital POS as well as Digital tools and databases to steer assigned field on KPIs;
* Shop Display Management in terms of dismantling, repair, warehousing;
* Reporting and analysis of key KPIs;
* Direct contact for external Agencies, Trade Partners, KAM and Sales;
* Processing of Sales requests;
* Development of assigned are including external agency landscape;
* Development of new ideas in field of Trade Marketing;
* Continuously updating inefficient processes and cost structures;
* Competitors and market sensing to identify new potentials;
* Shop visits, also related to Perfect Store coordinating with Sales;
* Product presentation to key retailer;
* Organize and lead events in store, fairs and exhibition + special event like Coffee Fest, Coffee Forum, etc.
Job Profile
Education :
University Degree in Business Studies, Economics, Marketing & Communication, MBA
Languages :
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Experience :
* Minimum 3-5 years experience
* Experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing role in FMCG, household appliance or electronic consumer goods markets
* Ideally working in a multinational company or having worked extensively for multinationals
