Company Overview: We are a new and innovative CTV OS challenging the status quo by working with a market leading OEM to provide content discovery for streaming platforms, as well as integrating FAST channels alongside traditional broadcast TV channels. We are gearing up for rapid expansion across European markets.
About the Role: We are looking for an experienced PMO & Sales Operations Coordinator to support ODM partnerships and Retail relationships within the TV industry. This role combines project management (PMO) support with sales operations, ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams, ODM partners, retailers, and TV brands. Your role will focus on tracking sales performance, managing workflows, and assisting with partnership coordination to help drive growth.
As a PMO & Sales Operations Coordinator, you will act as the bridge between Titan teams managing ODMs globally and our sales and development teams in Europe and LATAM. Your role will require strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
ODM & Retail Partner Management:
* Act as a key point of contact for retailers, TV brand partners, and ODMs, helping maintain strong business relationships.
* Assist in coordination between R&D, engineering, supply chain, sales, and ODM partners to support product development and sales efforts.
* Support the sales team in partner communications, contract follow-ups, and execution of agreements.
* Track sales performance, pricing strategies, and market trends to help identify growth opportunities.
* Assist in the planning and execution of sales initiatives and promotional campaigns with partners.
* Track and analyze sales data, preparing reports and insights for the sales and leadership teams.
* Help onboard new retail and ODM partners, ensuring smooth integration into existing workflows.
Project Management (PMO):
* Support key sales projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and business goals.
* Help identify risks and bottlenecks, assisting with solutions to keep projects on track.
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and product teams to support aligned strategies and execution.
* Help improve processes, workflows, and tools to enhance efficiency in sales operations and ODM management.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in program/project management, sales coordination, or retail management within the consumer electronics, TV, or entertainment industry.
* Strong background in ODM management, supply chain, and sales operations.
* Experience working with retailers, TV brands, or technology partners.
* Strong analytical skills with experience handling sales data and reporting.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), and project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello) is a plus.
* Fluent in English (additional languages, such as Mandarin or Spanish, are a plus).
