Requirements
1. You will provide first-line technical support.
2. You will diagnose and resolve incidents by troubleshooting and guiding users step-by-step through solutions.
3. You will manage and track support tickets in the system to ensure issues are resolved and followed up in a timely manner.
4. You will deliver excellent customer service by effectively communicating with users and providing technical solutions.
Offer
1. You will work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
2. You will have the flexibility to work remotely 80% of the time, which means only 4 days per month in the office.
3. You will receive a salary of €20,535 gross per year, with an additional €1,100 in annual meal vouchers.
4. You will be offered a permanent contract, with private health insurance provided after 6 months.
5. You will receive paid training starting from day one, ensuring you're fully prepared for your role.
6. You will need to be fluent in Dutch, at a native or advanced level.
