Senior Data Analyst

Your Tasks:
* Continuous requirements engineering and consulting towards your product and business teams to implement data analytics projects.
* Be hands-on building ETL pipelines and implement end-to-end data processes in the cloud.
* Design and develop data marts tailored to specific business needs, architecting scalable data models for dashboards and multiple downstream processes.
* Define and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), identify appropriate data sources, retrieve data via SQL, and create dynamic reports and dashboards using Looker Studio / Looker (end-to-end).
* Collaborate closely with web developers and data analysts to explore, define, document, and refine data concepts with other product teams.
* Perform proactive analyses to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in Webshops modules and components.
* Support business teams by driving marketplace operations improvements through actionable data insights.
* Define and set up new tracking concepts for our Webshops/modules/components.
Your Profile:
* Degree in a technical and/or mathematical-related subject (e.g., statistics, physics, engineering, sciences, industrial computer sciences, or similar).
* 3+ years as a Data Analyst / BI Developer (m/f/d), ideally in ecommerce companies, with a proven track record building up Analytics Stacks from scratch.
* Excellent SQL knowledge, preferably practical experience with Google BigQuery or similar data warehouse/data lake systems or non-relational databases.
* Profound experience in defining and implementing tracking concepts and extracting data from web-based solutions (like Google Analytics).
* Experience and knowledge of ETL pipelines and data flows, preferably in cloud environments.
* Ability to independently handle projects or collaborate with colleagues, transforming stakeholder requirements into actionable insights.
* Ownership, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identify and address business challenges using data-driven methods.
