Sales Administrative / Customer Service (B2B) – Dutch speaker
An excellent opportunity as a Sales Administrator / Customer Service B2B (order to cash) with Dutch is now available in Barcelona, within a company that provides solutions and manufacturing for the food, beverage, and nutrition industry.
About the role:
As part of a busy team, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial team in the daily execution of the core duties detailed below. You will be a key figure in the customer service experience, with direct contact to both clients and suppliers.
Tasks:
* Taking, confirming and inputting customer orders and Purchase orders
* Monitoring customers and liaising closely with commercial, logistics and quality departments
* Dealing with customer queries and responding in a timely manner
* Sending price quotes to customer, liaising with Product Management team for this and collecting necessary information from customers
* Login opportunities & quotes on CRM system
* Review and control stock levels for key accounts, ensuring sufficient inventory for contracts
* Produce reports for senior managers
* Any other task at manager’s discretion
Requirements:
* Fluency in English and Dutch is required
* Detail oriented with excellent organisational skills
* Experience in similar supporting commercial role
* Experience on any ERP system
* Proficiency in MS Office applications
* Enthusiastic and eager to learn
* Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
* Professional business presence and acumen
* Commitment to customer service (internal and external)
* Strong ability to multi-task with results-oriented mind-set
* Calm individual who can operate under pressure, manage deadlines, and the demands of a busy office environment
* Have enthusiasm for a fast-paced, dynamic environment where products and programs are evolving as the business grows
The successful candidate will need to be very comfortable with working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving commercial environment. Excellent business communication skills are a must, as is being self-motivated, and being able to multi-task – all while maintaining a high level of accuracy. It is important to be able to work across simultaneous projects, often under pressure.
