Currently we looking for a Administration Manager for Noatum Cruise Services in Barcelona.
Main Responsibilities
* Understanding and management of client agreements.
* Preparation and updating of annual proformas.
* Supervision and issuance of final Disbursement Accounts (DAs) and invoices.
* Maintaining up-to-date billing records.
* Management of port tariffs, discounts, and incentives.
* Accounts payable and receivable control.
* Financial and accounting data analysis.
* Preparation of monthly reports for General Management.
* Management and supervision of financial systems.
* Direct communication with cruise lines, port authorities, and suppliers on financial and
* administrative matters.

Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
* Languages: High-level proficiency in spoken and written English.
* Technical Skills: Excel, ERPs and software such as MXP and IMS.
* Customer and results-oriented mindset.
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
