. The Publishers team acquires traffic from various job-related websites worldwide in order to increase our web coverage and reach more candidates.
As a
Publishers Account Manager
, you will be responsible for expanding the local reach and serve as the primary point of contact to job board owners, online marketing managers, advertising agencies, and programmatic platforms and Talent.com.
What you'll do:⯠â¯â¯
Build and maintain strong relationships with our publishers Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Support, Product) to ensure that digital marketing efforts align with the overall business strategy) Expand our local reach: Manage prospection and close deals Continuously monitor and analyze KPIs, trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities Manage digital pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns: create and grow campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize for better results Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to publishers and senior management Travel as necessary to attend industry events â¯
What Youâ¯Bring :â¯
⯠⯠You enjoy data analysis You have 1-2 years of experience in account management, business development, customer support, or in any digital marketing field (in the HR industry is a plus); You understand PPC advertisingâ¯products; You are self-motivated and continuously seekingâ¯opportunities; You have a can-do attitude; You naturally build rapportâ¯and strong relationships;⯠You pay attention to details and think outside of theâ¯box Fluency in English and French is required
