Short Intro and About the JobThe role of Sales and Marketing Team Assistant is reporting to the Zone Director. Your main responsibilities will be:Providing support to the Sales & Marketing team located in BarcelonaEvents organization and other administrative tasksProviding high quality support to the Zone Director1. Supporting the Sales & Marketing teamsCompiling PowerPoint presentations and supporting with some consolidation of information/presentations.Generating POs and new providers.Build-up and maintenance of reporting files.Consolidation of information (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).Arranging for shipments of materials to customers.Specific consumer analysis/research.Preparing and presenting presentations/analysis internally and with customers.Operational support in managing specific customers: Orders/Forecast/Payments.Preparation of marketing newsletters to distributors.2. Events organization and other administrative tasksPlanning and organizing meetings and seminars.Managing travel expenses and preparing expense reports.Ordering business cards, office supplies, conference call accounts, MS Teams accounts, etc.Handling diverse administrative tasks.3. Providing high quality support to the Zone DirectorManaging the agenda.Planning global visits (flights, taxis, agenda, visas).Organizing meetings (including webcasts, conference calls, and Teams meetings) and managing all the logistics involved.About You2-3 years of experience working in a multinational/international environment in Sales and Marketing (including internships).
