What You'll Do:
As our Czech or Polish Account Strategist in the Emerging EE team in Barcelona, you’ll be vital to the continued expansion of our business in the region, working with a fantastic international team, and being rewarded for excellence.
Client Management
1. Provide operational account management to medium/large sized advertisers in line with our service level agreements. You grow revenue and optimize accounts to improve performance for the client.
2. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with EE clients at all levels from Traffic Manager to C-level.
3. Advise on client’s digital strategy and educate advertisers on Criteo’s technology across channels and devices, articulating that to different stakeholders within the client company.
4. Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Performance Analysis
1. Optimize accounts to improve performance for clients and identify growth opportunities. Provide consultative guidance on market challenges and recommended solutions to overcome those.
2. Proactively anticipate and reduce the likelihood of possible client churn.
3. Provide the client with market knowledge to support long-term development.
4. Respond to questions around measurement, incrementality, and attribution, guiding them based on their marketing goals.
Demonstrate Upselling Capacity
1. Show effective & impactful negotiation skills that positively impact your book of business.
2. Use a consultative approach to upsell new solutions, understanding clients' objectives and pitching relevant solutions connected to their short-term business plans.
Strategic Portfolio Growth
1. Inspire the growth of your clients by promoting innovative cross-channel perspectives.
2. Create successful campaigns in line with clients and Criteo objectives.
3. Maintain relevant information from interactions with clients in our CRM.
Project Involvement
1. Manage side projects that impact your book of business or team, driving those with support from team lead/manager/peers.

1. Be open to coaching and mentoring by peers with experience working with larger clients. Proactively work on developing your strengths.
Who You Are:

7. Ability to act as a consultant and be reactive in front of any potential situations.
8. Analytical skills and attention to detail to explore product performances and explain any recommendations made.
9. Proven sales and client service track record, ideally in a tech or marketing-related field.
10. Strong commercial experience required, ideally both remote (virtual) and in-person.
11. Business fluent in English - both spoken and written - and Czech or Polish language.
