The role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, installing and maintaining IT equipment, and escalating complex problems to higher support levels when needed.
Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
2. Install and maintain IT equipment.
3. Escalate complex problems to higher support levels when needed.
Experience: Required
Languages: English – Advanced, Spanish – Advanced
