n energetic and achievement-oriented Account Executive with a native level of Portuguese to help us grow sales by identifying and winning new clients that can significantly grow their revenue, profitability and international reach thanks to the implementation of Kantox solutions. These projects will allow you to develop a deep relationship with CEOs, CFOs and Treasurers. At the same time you will learn and understand business models in detail across many industries.

Leveraging your understanding of customer needs, you will lead the internal team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, uncover new application scenarios for our solutions, and contribute valuable insights for future product development.

Your mission within Kantox
Reporting to the Global Industry Sales Director, you will have responsibility for the following:
1. Build and manage a pipeline of companies with strong international operations
2. Identify key stakeholders (CFOs, Group Treasurers, Financial Controllers) and understand their FX workflows across Brazilian mid-to-large corporates with international exposure
3. Educate prospects on currency risk and how Kantox can improve their financial performance through automation
4. Deliver tailored demos and presentations with clear financial impact
5. Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing
6. Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure a smooth onboarding and high long-term value
Who you are
Minimum qualifications:
7. 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the Fintech / Banking sectors or the software industry (SaaS)
OR
8. 5+ years of experience as a consultant at a leading consulting firm or as a treasurer working in a larger corporation
9. Based in Barcelona or open to relocation
10. Proven track record of successfully selling and communicating to C-level stakeholders
11. Strong understanding of the Logistics ecosystem
12. Portuguese as a native language.
13. Fluent level of English.
14. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders
Desirable Experience:
15. Strong background in finance, economics or business administration
16. Familiarity with consultative and value-based sales methodologies
17. Understanding of financial concepts such as hedging, FX exposure, and exchange rates
18. Strong self-management skills and ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment
