About the role
As an Assistant Brand Manager at Reckitt, you'll nurture our brands with creativity and strategic insight. We're seeking a dynamic marketer to collaborate on exciting brand journeys, turn insights into action, and deliver memorable marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities
* Manage a brand within the context of the agreed strategies to maximise long term sales and profitability.
* Develop, recommend and lead the execution of local marketing plans for assigned brands and manage the effective deployment of the marketing budget.
* Contribute to the development of category strategies, focusing on media, campaigns and momentums preparation and execution.
* Develop, recommend and execute annual marketing plan activities, including local media strategy.
* Initiate and manage market research projects to deliver powerful consumer and customer insights as the basis for long term brand growth. Develop these insights into achievable plans.
* Lead the development of local copy strategy/executions and/or ensure adaptation possible for other regions.
* In close co-operation with the Media team, Sales function and Trade Marketing, identify trade needs/opportunities, developing pricing and distribution strategies and trade promotions for assigned brands.
The experience we're looking for
* 2 Years marketing experience must be able to demonstrate outstanding marketing skills and potential, developed within an FMCG environment.
* A proactive approach, comfortable with both autonomy and collaboration.
* Robust analytical abilities to dissect market trends and brand performance.
* English proficiency.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication talents.
* Experience in FMCG or Consumer Health and a proven track record in Brand Management.
