Our Export department is growing and currently, we are looking for an Export Sales Manager to join the team.
Which will be your mission?
The person who joins us will report to the Head of Export and will be responsible for the entire export department, including the coordination of the whole team.
Which will be your main functions?
1. Lead the activity of the Area Managers in foreign markets.
2. Consolidate and develop current markets and exploit new ones, carrying out market research.
3. Decide on sales strategies and pricing policy, as well as defining together with management the business development strategy (countries, channels and own structures or distributors).
4. Draw up the annual export sales budget, detailing the objectives by country and distributor and monitor it.
5. Develop new commercial techniques and benchmarking with competitors.
6. Participate in negotiations and supervise the implementation of commercial agreements abroad.
7. Coordination and full management of the team in charge.
8. Monthly reporting to the Head.
9. Play an active role in the implementation and use of new and future digital tools in the department.
Minimum Requirements
1. You have a university degree in Business Administration or similar.
2. You speak Spanish, English and any other language.
3. You have additional training in sales techniques.
4. You have at least 5 years of experience as an international sales manager with a team under your responsibility.
5. You have commercial and negotiation skills.
6. You are proactive, ambitious, persuasive and dynamic.
7. You are passionate about innovation, creativity and leadership.
8. You are customer, results and continuous improvement oriented.
9. You are willing to travel up to 75% of your time and you have a driving licence.
We will also value...
1. Knowledge of SAP or CRM.
2. Experience in a company in the same sector, or with a technological component, installation and commissioning (automation).
3. Master or postgraduate degree related to the position.
