Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, go-to-market, and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of our construction products in the market.
This role will be responsible for positioning and promoting our product effectively by defining messaging, understanding customer needs, developing go-to-market strategies, and equipping sales teams with the necessary tools to succeed.
Main Responsibilities:
* Understanding regional customer requirements and industry trends
* Defining brand, pricing, and channels, and creating competitive positioning and messaging
* Developing and executing go-to-market strategies for product launches and current range
* Benchmarking competitors and providing analysis to the global product management team
* Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns to generate awareness and demand
* Supporting sales teams with sales enablement materials and training
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
* 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in home appliances & consumer electronics
* Strong understanding of GTM strategies, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning
* Experience with sales enablement, marketing campaigns, and demand generation
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and competitive insights
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Spanish
* Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and local Marketing teams
