This position plays a critical role in developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance the brand presence, manage media channels effectively, and optimize customer experiences with a focus on generating quality leads.Your Responsibilities:Lead Generation Strategy and PerformanceDevelop and execute lead generation strategies to identify, address, and drive potential customers to our stores through various channels, including media, digital, trade marketing, BTL, and partnerships.Work closely with the sales and retail excellence team to understand their needs and align lead generation efforts with sales goals.Manage and control the budget of investments in the area.Assess the return on investment of the plan and specific campaigns, and make recommendations for global improvements, simulating the economic impact.Utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.Brand Development and Management:Identify market trends and consumer preferences, assess the competitive environment, and develop opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience through branding initiatives.Align global customer research insights with local commercial aims, requiring local deep dives when relevant.Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand visibility and positioning.Ensure brand consistency across all channels.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align branding initiatives with business goals.Media Planning and Execution:Own media budget and media plans.Set media strategy in accordance with the regional guidelines.Manage content and communications in accordance with Corporate Brand guidelines.Plan, implement, and manage media campaigns across various channels, interacting with agencies and partners.Monitor and analyze media performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage emerging media opportunities.Your Profile:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Master’s / MBA is a plus.Proven experience in Brand Management, Lead Generation & Acquisition, Marketing & Media Mix Management, Digital, Media Planning & Buying.Strong experience in lead generation and conversion optimization strategies.Strong knowledge of the media landscape, functioning, dynamics, and technicalities of key channels (digital and non-digital), core KPIs, and interactions to optimize business results.Knowledge of marketing attribution models.Understanding of lead management tools and platforms.Strong analytical skills and ability to extract key insights to drive business decisions.People management and development experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.Proficiency in Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word); PowerBI is a plus.Customer understanding and customer orientation.Performance and goal-orientation, strong accountability for results.Knowledge of and adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.Ability to work with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.Ability to influence, work, and negotiate with internal and external partners and key stakeholders.Autonomy and execution.Strategic vision and business acumen.Organizational and change management capabilities.Amplifon is working on boosting a Winning Culture that will lead our employees towards the future, starting from the improvement of our Winning Workplace.
