Your mission will be to ensure the optimal performance of our production equipment, tools, and facilities, maintaining safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
You will also lead the planning, organization, and management of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Maintenance:
1. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, focusing on critical parts and minimizing downtime.
2. Take ownership of OEE to monitor equipment performance and implement action plans for improvement.
3. Track and analyse KPIs, including OEE, to identify performance gaps and optimize processes.
4. Manage the operational budget (OPEX), ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
5. Ensure legal compliance in asset maintenance and inspections.
6. Develop and oversee maintenance budgets and ensure alignment with department needs.
7. Implement and maintain the CMMS for efficient tracking and management of maintenance activities.
8. Lead and coordinate the Maintenance Team, setting goals and promoting professional development.
Projects:
1. Lead the development of innovative industrial concepts to optimize manufacturing processes and align with company goals.
2. Define project scope, plan tasks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
3. Monitor progress, manage project budgets (CAPEX), and evaluate project performance.
4. Participate in strategic Supply Chain projects to support continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements:
1. More than 5 years' experience in Engineering, Maintenance, Lean, Automation, and Product Industrialization.
2. Knowledge of maintenance management software and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a must-have.
3. At least 3 years of experience leading technical teams.
4. Languages: English B2 / Cat/Cast Native.
5. Additional training in Automation, Digitalization, or Supply Chain.
6. Basic knowledge of LEAN & Automation.
