As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and developing our products among healthcare professionals in your assigned sector. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Defining the sales policy for your sector in collaboration with management.
* Analyzing the needs and trends of your sector.
* Prospecting and developing new clients.
* Building loyalty within the existing client portfolio.
* Providing demonstrations and training to clients on our equipment.
* Establishing and maintaining regular relationships with local opinion leaders.
* Attending various events and conferences.
* Analyzing sales activity and performance, and reporting on activities.
* Collaborating with the marketing team or partner companies to develop a tailored marketing strategy for your sector.
* Achieving the revenue objectives set with management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Financial KPIs for your portfolio (business volume, profitability, etc.).
* Operational KPIs for your portfolio (customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.).
* Business development KPIs (new sales, upselling, etc.).
Required Profile:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business School or Engineering profile preferred).
* Proven sales experience in neurosurgery.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Results-oriented with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets.
* Fluent in Spanish and French.
* Good command of English is also required.
