We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you'll provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction via phone, email, or chat.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat
2. Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
3. Provide accurate product/service information
4. Process orders, returns, exchanges, and cancellations
5. Escalate complex issues to senior team members
6. Maintain accurate customer interaction records
7. Meet customer satisfaction and call handling targets
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. 1-2 years customer service experience
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Strong technical skills (CRM software, Microsoft Office)
6. Flexible schedule
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Previous call center experience
2. Customer relationship management (CRM) software knowledge
3. Certification in customer service or call center operations
4. Bilingual or multilingual skills
