📍 Location: This is a primarily remote position with in-person workdays in Barcelona, Spain.
📌 Contract-Based: This is a full-time, long-term, contract-based role with an American company, meaning you'll work as a freelancer and provide invoices.

✅ Have strong project management skills: You create clear systems, track tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
✅ Are great at communication, decision-making, and problem-solving.

✅ Are proactive and take initiative—you don’t wait for direction; you make things happen.
✅ Excellent spoken and written English. Being comfortable communicating in Spanish is a huge plus!
✅ Stay calm under pressure and can manage multiple priorities at once.
✅ Are tech-savvy and confident in a digital workspace, with experience using tools like Slack, Monday.com, Google Drive, Dropbox, Zoom, and spreadsheets.

✅ Have proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Manager.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Project & Operations Management
* Oversee project timelines to ensure key deadlines are met.
* Coordinate marketing and operational projects, tracking tasks across departments.
* Use Monday.com to organize workflows, assign tasks, and track progress.
* Ensure seamless communication between Hadar and the team to keep projects moving forward.
Executive Support & Content Assistance
* Ensure Hadar is prepared for meetings, interviews, and work sessions by providing materials and reminders.
* Assist with social media content production and occasional community communication (this is not a social media manager role!).
* Keep projects on track by ensuring Hadar stays accountable for milestones, prioritizing tasks, and planning focused work sessions.
Calendar, Inbox & Digital Organization
* Efficiently manage Hadar’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and work sessions.
* Organize and label emails, ensuring important correspondence is addressed on time.
* Maintain and organize digital folders (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
Event, Travel & Personal Coordination
* Plan and coordinate meetings, shooting days, live events, and team retreats.
* Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and track action items.
* Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics.
* Assist with personal tasks and occasional errands in Barcelona.
* Communicate with service providers and support services.
* Arrange and send gifts for special occasions to team members and clients.
