As the Analyst Integrated Business Planning (IBP), you will:
* Work collaboratively with other areas of the Biopharma & Plasma Business Units, along with other Operations and services units, to ensure the proper communication of different metrics and analysis related to the Integrated Business Planning.
* Manage and maintain the data unit related to the Integrated Business Planning cycle in the Biopharma Business Unit.
* Develop dashboards and reports for forward detection of potential gaps and opportunities to remediate and/or escalate for resolution as required, for different stakeholders in Grifols.
* Prepare the analysis and reporting to obtain the data inputs for the IBP cycle: forecast, purchase orders, inventory management, actual releases, etc.
* Develop and calculate proper metrics and KPIs (forecast accuracy and bias, release attainment, batch splitting, inventory levels, etc.).
* Monitor critical planning parameters and metrics, root cause analysis and action plan implementation for any metrics deviation.
* Provide visibility to the senior management of the critical planning parameters and metrics, root cause analysis and action plan implementation for any metrics deviation.
* Communicate to the senior management of potential gaps and business opportunities detected to facilitate strategic decisions on issue resolution & gap closing.
* Maintain required master data.
* Participate in the Coordination Sales & Operations Execution process with focus on SKU / order level detail, releases and inventory status.
* Engage in Integrated business planning (IBP) digitalization and continuous improvement.
* Participate in the implementation of the data and analytics part of the Grifols global IBP process.
* Participate in the IBP digitalization and continuous improvement of the data management and analysis.
* Establish the data architecture and configuration of the E2E IBP tools.
* Participate in the integration of new companies acquired in the IBP process.
* Participate in the implementation of the data and analytics part of the Kinaxis Implementation.

* Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field of study.
* Expert in MS Excel and other MS products (PowerPoint, Word, Access).
* Excellent analytical and statistical skills including the ability to develop and measure metrics, develop complex models, etc.
* A team-oriented mindset and proven ability to manage conflicts and reach agreements.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels in the organization.
* Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
* Demonstrated flexibility, results-oriented, persistent, resourceful and innovative.
* Knowledge in SAP SD/MM/PP/BI and SAP Analytics Cloud, desirable.
