Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Global IT Program Manager to join the CIO Office team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a program to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of business cases.
* Structure, plan, budget, execute, monitor, control, and close the program.
* Manage program-level risks, quality, and procurement.
* Lead the program team and report directly to the Community of Practice Lead and Head of Office of the CIO.
About the Role
This is a hybrid position that requires working with various stakeholders, managing interdependencies, monitoring projects, assessing risks, developing stakeholder maps, and communication plans.

* Governance: Set up governance, approve suppliers, create plans.
* Execution: Manage interdependencies, monitor projects, assess risks.
* Stakeholder Management: Develop stakeholder map and communication plans.
* Closure: Close program and projects, manage team and resources.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
* Functional SAP Supply Chain/Procurement experience.
* 10+ years of experience in IT and business/industry.
* 5-7 years of experience as a Program Manager, increasing leadership responsibilities across major projects and programs, including agile projects and programs.
* Leadership skills and track record in developing people, particularly in managing virtual teams.
* Managing cultural diversity, respect for various cultures, and understanding how to work effectively with different cultures.
* Experience in managing change/transitions, operating in a matrix organization, and developing influencing skills.
* Stakeholder management in project/program management role.
* Facilitation of issues and conflict resolution in a cross-functional environment.
* Effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.
* Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
