Senior consultant capable of structure a process/Organization/ Performance project approach, identify improvements and quantify savings. And also support the teams to put in place quick wins.
Required technical skills :
* Process improvement (certification preferable:
lean management/ Lean six sigma/ Agile)
* Governance of flows between several locations:
define a clear RACI, decision and escalation process
* Monitoring of activity :
set-up of the right KPIs, Productivity, WFM, dashboards etc. (xls skills)
* Claims managemnet system:
capable to match inefficiencies in the process, impacting customer journey
* Project management:
structure a project, planning, identify risks, status, implement a governance (PPT skills)
Full professional english, Fluent or native Spanish
Optionals technical skills :
Guidewire system
Other skills or abilities desired :
Coach local managers and team on continuous improvement, monitoring of the activity, prodctivity
Interpersonal skills:
Influencial skills
pedagogue, méthodic, rigourous, action and deliverable oriented capable to work in an international invironment
Background and experiences:
- 5 to 10 years on operational efficiency projects with deliverables and efficiency gains, comprising process analysis but also monitoring of the activity and team organization
Missions description:
* Map business process, identify improvements (IT and Non IT), list potential solutions, quantify gains, define action plan with the business teams with responsibles and deadlines.
* Pain points / Actions will be multi dimentional:
Organization/ Process/ IT/WFM/Cost containment/ Governance of the fows as a hub
* Propose the monitoring of the teams with the right indicators and right governance of communication like agile routines ""daily rituals""
Requested deliverables:
* TO Be processes mapped, paint points quantified, potential savings quantified defined action plan with responsibles and deaddlines
* As organization analysis >
to be organization if needed
* Allocation of the tasks study according to what exists in the system // adherence to processes
* System adherence >
gap analysis between asis usage and target usage
* Productivity analysis >
gap analysis with central productivity model
