IC Retail Execution Manager

The Ice Cream business operates in a highly attractive category, being part of the 1 trillion snacking and refreshment industry, growing consistently at a high pace. We have strong brand equities: 5 of the top 10 selling brands including Wall’s, Magnum, and Ben & Jerry’s. We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as a standalone entity, with plans for separation from Unilever by November 2025.

JOB PURPOSE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for strategy adapted by BU/channel/account:
o Lead the strategy according to the company's/BU needs and ensure continuous adaptation with the involved teams and accounts.
o Define/adapt strategies or focus areas based on green/red cells and strategic segments/customers.
* Retail Execution Representative for Spain:
o Main point of contact with Global teams (forums and specific meetings).
o Lead global strategic projects (adaptation to the country, implementation, and adjustment of new models).
o Lead local-to-global needs.
* Budget Manager:
o Define the budget with the BU based on objectives, coverage, frequency, and needs.
o Work with external route planners based on efficiency, ROI, priorities, customer types, etc.
o Monthly budget tracking.
* Responsible for External Team:
o Define the strategy and role of Externalia according to short- and medium-term needs.
o Set and monitor team objectives.
o Control focus areas and mindset (TDP, negotiations, ROI culture, etc.).
o Establish communication model and agility with Unilever (CD, CSP).
o Define process efficiencies (tools, visit dedication, focus areas, and priorities).
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS
* Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or similar.
* 5+ years of professional experience in a similar position.
* Advanced level of Spanish and English.
* High computer skills in PowerPoint (presentations) and Excel (analysis).
