Clinical Specialist - Temporary Opportunity
The Clinical Specialist (CS) plays a vital role in enabling the commercial strategy and vision of Mölnlycke Health Care (MHC) and the Wound Care Business Area.
Key responsibilities include facilitating clinical sales strategies in focused accounts, supporting business growth through evidence development, key opinion leader identification and engagement, professional education, and clinical activation.
The CS builds and maintains strong relationships within key accounts to drive change and improve clinical outcomes while meeting commercial objectives.
Medical & Clinical Expertise
Maintains extensive knowledge in wound etiologies and treatments. Provides medical and clinical education to internal and external stakeholders through various formats, including live, virtual, and written presentations.
Evidence Development
Develops and communicates clinical and health economic evidence to support commercial success. Ensures evidence dissemination activities align with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
KOL Management
Identifies, develops, and leverages key opinion leaders to drive commercial success. Monitors and maintains ongoing relationships with KOLs.
Clinical Insights
Serves as a strategic partner to drive innovation and business evolution by providing clinical insights and visibility into customer solutions. Translates medical information into actionable data to inform business decisions.
Understands commercial and educational drivers required for market success and creates value for clinicians, healthcare organizations, and internal teams.
Demonstrates adaptability and strategic thinking to navigate shifting market dynamics and achieve business goals.
