Job Description
* The Media team at Veepee is a Business Unit organized as an in-house agency, offering brands a variety of advertising solutions. Supported by a young and dynamic team of sales professionals, marketers, project managers, creatives, and developers, Veepee|ad designs native solutions for branding, traffic generation, and customer acquisition.
* The Media Campaign Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of campaigns.
* As the main point of contact for brands, they ensure an engaging media experience while adhering to Veepee|ad standards and B2B objectives.
* Working closely with creative and development teams, they supervise and deliver high-quality campaigns on schedule.
* In their role as facilitator and coordinator, they ensure that each cross-functional team fully understands the brand’s priorities and works in optimal conditions to perform at their best.
* This position is primarily dedicated to the Italian market, but it also includes the opportunity to contribute to campaigns for other markets, such as Spain, Benelux, and Germany.
TASKS
* Supervise and lead the end-to-end production process of campaigns, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
* Define the campaign strategy: select visuals, texts, and the structure of the minisite to optimize the user experience and brand satisfaction.
* Deliver the brief and support the creative teams: communicate objectives, challenges, and directions, then oversee and coordinate execution to ensure alignment with the strategy.
* Provide client support: handle briefings, asset collection, validation coordination, and adjustment follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
* Analyze campaign results and deliver operation reports, offering relevant optimization suggestions to enhance future campaign performance.
* Manage cross-functional projects to contribute to continuous process improvement and optimize team productivity.
MUST HAVE Skills
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with experience in a role that combines coordination and precision.
* Organized and methodical, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, while meeting deadlines.
* Proactive, capable of working independently and taking initiative.
* Creative and detail-oriented, with a strong interest in UX.
* Team player with demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create impactful briefs and defend proposals with clients.
* Analytical skills to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Languages: Native Italian, fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.
