Exciting Opportunity – Sous Chef (Fish Station) – Luxury 6-Star Cruise Ship

We are recruiting a Sous Chef specializing in fish and seafood preparation to join a luxury ocean cruise line with 600–800 guests onboard and six unique restaurants. This is an exclusive opportunity to work in a highly refined culinary setting while traveling the world.
What You’ll Do :
* Oversee the fish preparation station in the main galley, producing refined seafood dishes for various dining outlets, including the main restaurant
* Collaborate closely with the Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef to deliver excellence and consistency
* 5-month onboard contract with 2 months off
* Strong performance opens doors for long-term collaboration, career growth, and promotions
* Monthly salary : USD $4,566 (paid only while onboard)
* Schedule : 7 days per week, approximately 10 hours / day
* Live-in position with meals provided
* Shared or private cabin depending on availability
* Access to crew facilities including gym, limited WiFi, and recreational spaces
Requirements (candidate is responsible for covering the costs) :
* Valid STCW Certification
* C1 / D Visa
* Seaman’s Book
* Medical exam for sea work
* Fine dining experience is mandatory
* Cruise ship experience is a plus
* Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification
