Proevolution is recruiting for its client Bemis | Protechnic, a global leader in thermoadhesives, decorative films, and technical solutions for the automotive, textile, medical, and construction industries. With a presence in 50 countries and 93% of its €32.7M revenue generated from exports, Protechnic has expanded since joining the Bemis Group in 2023, diversifying into apparel, industrial applications, and consumer electronics.
Protechnic aims to strengthen its direct presence in Spain and Portugal by hiring a Territory Sales Manager to fully oversee the Iberian market and drive expansion. This role is for you if you:
1. Are a true hunter, with a strong B2B field sales background and an entrepreneurial mindset.
2. Are autonomous, ambitious, and results-driven, with strong organizational skills and a constant focus on achieving your targets (KPIs).
3. Can combine strategic vision with hands-on sales, visiting customers on-site to understand their needs and develop long-term relationships.
4. Are ready to travel frequently (70% of the time). A valid driver's license is essential for regular travel.
5. Are multilingual: Spanish (C2) and English (C1) are mandatory. French or Portuguese is a plus.
6. Enjoy collaboration, working closely with support teams to meet customer expectations and drive performance.
This role is NOT for you if you:
1. Prefer a sedentary job, dislike driving, or prefer virtual interactions over face-to-face client meetings.
2. Have no interest in technical products.
3. Are uncomfortable navigating a complex, global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing:
1. Prospect new clients while ensuring continued support for existing customers. This includes six client visits per week (minimum two visits per day, from Tuesday to Thursday).
2. Understand customer needs during on-site visits, offer tailored solutions, and build strong relationships to ensure customer loyalty.
3. Participate in trade fairs, conduct sales presentations, and collaborate with the marketing team to generate new leads.
4. Prepare, negotiate, and finalize contracts to meet targets (KPIs).
Cross-functional Management:
1. Work closely with technical teams, back-office sales, and R&D to develop customized, innovative solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting:
1. Provide regular reports to commercial management, including KPI tracking, budget management, and participation in quarterly reviews.
