Your missions:
In this role, the Territory Manager will be responsible for generating sales from existing customers as well as acquiring and developing new clients by selling pharmaceutical or biological products within a specific geographic area. Initially, this position will focus on the Central Region.
Main Responsibilities:
* Market Information Gathering: Collect and share insights about competitors and market trends.
* Sales Plan Preparation and Execution: Manage and prioritize activities to meet territory objectives.
* Relationship Development and Maintenance: Build long-term strategic relationships with veterinarians and veterinary clinic staff.
* Negotiation: Negotiate with local buyers and collaborate on negotiations with larger purchasing groups.
* Reporting: Complete required administrative tasks and maintain an updated customer database.
* Sales Performance Management: Contribute to team efforts by achieving related sales goals as needed.
Your profile:
* Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Sciences, Business Administration, Sales, and/or Marketing. A Master’s degree is a plus.
* At least 5 years of experience in the commercial sector and customer relationship management.
* Advanced proficiency in management tools, such as Excel.
* Intermediate-advanced English level.
* Strong planning and organizational skills.
* Customer and product knowledge.
* Sales opportunity research and qualification.
* Objection handling and negotiation skills.
* Effective communication and ability to inspire trust.
