Responsibilities:
* Proactively approach potential customers, building strong relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
* Present our range of products to potential customers, highlighting benefits and unique features to generate interest and thereby drive sales.
* Effectively manage your own customer base, follow up leads closely and negotiate deals to successfully convert them.
* Conduct thorough market research to keep abreast of market trends and competitor activity, identify new sales opportunities and provide strategic insights to the team.
* Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve any issues quickly and maintain long-term relationships that, in the future lead to repeat purchases.
* Work closely with the after-sales and product teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned.
* Working with CRM programs such as SAGE and Hubspot.
