G+D Mobile Security, the world leader in secure telecommunications systems via SIM / eSIM, is looking for a Technical Process Support for its global Sales department in Barcelona.
The main function of the Technical Process Support will be to find a way to increase the added value of the assigned products and reduce their production costs.
Functions and responsibilities:
* Advise and provide technical support for the products, internally and externally.
* Define the general specifications of the projects according to the needs of the clients.
* Evaluate the projects requested by clients, determine their technical feasibility, estimate and control costs and deadlines, and establish priorities
* Define the configuration of the product according to the requirements agreed with the client. Verify and manage the approval of the final result. Define and verify the effectiveness and efficiency of the necessary production circuit.
* Carry out the follow-up of the projects and control the first productions, guaranteeing that the established quality and safety criteria and the client's requirements are met.
* Coordinate with other teams the development of applications demanded by customers and keep informed of new products.
* Offer technical support to the Sales area in the work of promoting the product (meetings with the client, commercial presentations, training courses, etc.). He will be in charge of the analysis of the solutions in the market and will collaborate in the definition of the strategy of products and applications.
* Ensure compliance with the code of conduct, corporate policy, procedures, standards, and internal commitments of the company (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001, IATF 16949...) and of the latter with clients (security measures, deadlines)., specific customer requirements, quality, and confidentiality), and entities (PCI, VISA, MASTERCARD, GMSA, Common Criteria...); as well as current legislation on the protection of personal data.
General knowledge and skills:
* Academic studies in computer engineering, telecommunications, or similar.
* Previous experience in a similar position.
* Ability to work in a team, in an international environment.
* Good communication and self-organization skills.
* Ability to solve problems: ability to take the initiative and lead actions.
* Ability to follow processes, procedures and work instructions.
* High detail orientation.
* High English level.
