The Postdoctoral Researcher role is part of the research group 'Epidemiology of Mental Health Disorders and Ageing' led by Dr. Josep Maria Haro.
This team focuses on the epidemiology of youth mental health, working closely with Dr. Rodrigo Antunes Lima.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support the e-Intervention Enhancing Mental Health in Adolescents (IMPROVA) project, which involves designing, piloting, evaluating, and scaling up an eHealth intervention platform.
* Collaborate with an international team of researchers and practitioners to implement the IMPROVA project.
* Conduct a cluster randomised controlled trial in secondary education schools to evaluate the effectiveness of the IMPROVA project.
* Analyse the impact of the IMPROVA project using Effectiveness, Implementation, Economic, and Social Return on Investment metrics.
* Support the ePlatform for Promoting Health in Schools (ePro-Schools) project by co-designing, piloting, and evaluating an evidence-based eHealth intervention platform.
Required Qualifications:
* A PhD in psychology, public health, or education.
* Experience in research methodologies, particularly implementation science.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
This position aims to develop and scale up a comprehensive intervention plan to promote mental health and prevent mental disorders in adolescents.
