We’re Hiring : Project Manager - Technical Onboardings & Integrations
Are you a proactive and results-driven Project Manager with a passion for technical integrations and customer success? We are looking for a highly skilled professional to lead strategic product development projects, manage technical onboardings, and optimize customer service operations.
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Hybrid: 3 office days (Monday and Tuesday compulsory) and 2 at home
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead project management for product development, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
* Manage technical onboardings & integrations, working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
* Oversee customer service operations, acting as the main point of contact for client onboarding and ensuring service excellence.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards & certifications to meet market requirements.
* Supervise service uptime & troubleshooting, collaborating with product and engineering teams to maintain system reliability.
* Optimize operational expenditures (OPEX) and resource planning to align with financial strategies.
* Maintain and update the product development roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals.
* Analyze KPIs & project metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, or Software Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in project management, client onboarding, or technical integrations in a B2B environment.
* Languages: C1-level English; proficiency in Spanish.
* Technical Skills: Experience with SCADA systems, industrial automation, IoT sensors, Raspberry Pi, or similar technologies.
* Project Management Tools: Proficiency in Monday.com or similar platforms.
* Agile Methodologies: Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and continuous product improvement iterations.
* Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications.
Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills. Self-motivated, with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to translate technical details into actionable insights.
