Responsibilities:
- Product Data Strategy: Technical support in the definition of the Product Master Data Strategy and Governance framework.
- People and Organization: Ensure alignment and collaboration with the IT Informatica BRM and Support organization.
- Data Process Management: Assure definition of technical solution for the product master data process, documentation, and training for the data governance team. Support data process execution (creation, changes, deactivation of data).
- Data System Ownership: Assure technical solution of the product data solution that works according to the business needs and best supports data owners' responsibilities.
- Informatica Vendor Support Key Contact: Manage escalations if the Informatica vendor is not providing adequate support. Monitor TCS service delivery and ensure that the TCS Service Delivery Manager and Galderma IT Services Manager provide the necessary resources and deliver updates and changes to agreed SLA and project timelines.
- Informatica Super User - Tester: Technically test any new changes or fixes to ensure they are working to specification and validate to GxP requirements.
- Informatica Support: Provide technical know-how to TCS Informatica support team and assist with complex troubleshooting.
- Business Intelligence: Maintain and improve the Informatica direct reports.
