Joining HPE in a graduate role is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive individual to grow with us and help us drive our continued success globally. You’ll be part of our Graduate Program in Barcelona.

What you’ll do :
1. Customer Conversations : Digitally engage with your designated customers, delving into their business challenges and illustrating how HPE can make a difference for them.
2. Teamwork : Collaborate closely with sales specialists, technical experts, resellers, and C-level management, shaping solutions that empower your customers.
3. International Connection : Regularly travel to Belgium for in-person customer meetings, building genuine relationships that drive success.
4. Precision Forecasting : Be on top of your business by ensuring your sales forecast is as accurate as possible, contributing to the strategic success of your team.

What you’ll need :
1. Completed Bachelor’s / Master’s degree within the last 12 months (preferably IT / Sales)
2. A high-energy and proactive attitude thriving on meetings and interactions with clients and business stakeholders
3. Experience or a proven interest in sales and a curiosity in technology
