How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The main mission of the candidate will be to promote and preserve the well-being and health of patients by following and developing the functions of their profession in patient care with home respiratory therapy, coordinating with the Responsible Care Person of the Delegation.
Linked to this mission, our specialized pulmonologist must cover the following tasks:
* Guarantee the highest quality of care processes, according to VitalAire's standardized procedures.
* Promote health protection and promotion through the development of interdepartmental plans in coordination with the Responsible Care Person of the Delegation.
* Assess the introduction of new technologies and propose scientific or research programs.
* Provide innovative solutions in the field of respiratory therapies for the benefit of patients and the improvement of their quality of life.
* Ensure the implementation of health education programs for care staff, patients, caregivers, and families.
* Coordinate with pulmonology services new processes for monitoring home respiratory therapies.
* Evaluate the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of care staff, promoting the continuous improvement of patients' quality of life.
* Collaborate with clinical and epidemiological research lines determined by the responsible hospital personnel and with rehabilitation, health education, and prevention programs for respiratory diseases. Follow up on fragile ventilated patients, in coordination with the National Care Responsible Personnel and the Reference Care Responsible Personnel.

* Degree in Medicine completed with a period of internships or professional experience.
* Experience in the respiratory/pulmonology field.
* Proactive person with a desire to propose and with the ability to work independently.
