Description of the Department/Project:
The “Offer Manager” is responsible of the offer management of his range of products but is only the one to lead the offer strategy and main priorities with the support of an senior Offer Manager.
He must define the Roadmap evolution (products, software and services) and work closely with our factory and the countries to regain competitiveness and deploy local action plans to take profitable market share on a very dynamic market.
He must Manage the standard offer through a specialized go-to-market and sales specialists and the customized offer for big projects or specific needs (OEM, infrastructure …).
And develop and strengthen the business initiatives by analyzing results and lead content definition and creation to support actions to animate the market.
He must work on 3 main topics:
* Deployment: work closely with countries to promote the offer and gain market share. Taking care of our 3 Go To Market (diffused, specialized and critical).
* Offer optimization: identify critical offer gaps
* Offer evolution: How to build our future and anticipate it.
What will you do?
* Develop and lead the outdoor enclosure knowledge and offer by specifying, creating and maintaining the offer and its tools to run the business.
* Define the Marketing Mix and be accountable for its Marketing Business Plan.
* Understand the trend of the targeted market.
* Reveal the customers' needs and the customers' willingness to pay.
* Choose and price the Unique Value Proposition.
* Manage price positioning and evolution link to the commercial policy
* Accountable for the Marketing Business Plan and Responsible of the New Offer Business Plan.
* Define the Marketing specification of the new offers with innovation and work on our digitalization strategy
* Develop productive business relations with other related business units.
* Manage the lifecycle of the offer and be accountable of its profitable growth.
* Analyze business results to define and animate the growth plans.
* Create brand, product and outdoor knowledge awareness in the market.
* Responsibility to give input on offer evolutions or promotions to Supply Chain.
* Define and manage the marketing mix of the Offer.
* Support and train the Operational and Country Marketing in the growth actions deployment.
* Optimize range portfolio keeping unit by rationalizing the low performance Offer.
* Saturate the market by using all relevant channels.
* Work Closely with engineering
If you are:
* Fresh graduate in Business, Marketing or Engineering
* Be able to start a 1-year program in May 2025.
* Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken. French would be an advantage.
* Curious and communicative
