The Digital Sales Development team guides and influences customers to take informed decisions in the early stages of their digital transformation journey by creating a world-class engagement experience. This team is responsible for building and nurturing pipeline of sales opportunities and incremental revenue aligned with the Sales and Marketing teams, focusing on prospecting into the SAP install base and net new name accounts.
As a Digital Sales Development Associate, you will work with a team focused on sourcing and nurturing demand to grow SAP’s Cloud ERP & LoB footprint in NNN & IB across all industries. You will be focusing on SAP’s solution area described below.
Human capital management (HCM) provides organizations with the tools and technology to enable meaningful, productive, and personal employee experiences that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
* Executing Targeted Outbound Campaigns via phone, chat and email.
* Accelerating pipeline and increasing conversion by executing programmatic recycled and reconstituted nurturing.
* Nurturing leads received from other demand generation functions and progressing stalled pipeline.
* Generating and qualifying leads through proper means and nurturing aging leads and opportunities.
* Regularly reviewing lead pipeline and progression, providing qualitative and quantitative feedback to Marketing.
Training & Enablement:
* Assisting in activities to enhance demand generation and product/solution skills.
* Being an active part of classroom, e-learning, or mentor-led activities.
* Completing all enablement requested in a timely manner.
Experience and Language Requirements
* 1 to 2 years of experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment.
* Fluency in English & French required.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
