Tasks
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with basic coding knowledge, and be well-versed in Agile and Kanban methodologies. This role requires excellent communication skills, especially in a customer-oriented context, and fluency in English. Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, French, or German will be considered a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning and Management:
* Lead the planning and implementation of projects.
* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
* Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Team Coordination:
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
* Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
* Ensure resource availability and allocation.
* Agile Methodology Implementation:
* Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
* Utilize Agile and Kanban methodologies to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness.
* Conduct regular team meetings, sprint planning, and reviews.
* Technical Oversight:
* Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
* Understand and communicate complex technical requirements and solutions.
* Ensure that the team’s technical output meets high standards of quality and aligns with client expectations.
* Customer Communication:
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
* Provide regular updates to clients on project status, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
Qualifications
* Proven working experience in project management in the information technology sector.
* Basic coding knowledge (understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar).
* Solid understanding of Agile and Kanban methodologies.
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Proficiency in Spanish, French, or German is highly desirable.
* Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
* PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus.
