About the Role
Are you a strategic supply chain leader with a passion for luxury packaging and premium product solutions? We are looking for a Senior Account Operations Manager to oversee high-profile client accounts across Europe, ensuring seamless execution of supply chain operations for some of the world’s most prestigious luxury brands.
In this role, you will blend supply chain expertise, operational excellence, and client relationship management to deliver outstanding packaging solutions that uphold the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and brand prestige.
Key Responsibilities
* Team Leadership & Development – Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, driving efficiency and excellence in supply chain execution and client engagement.
* Supply Chain Optimisation – Apply engineering principles to enhance operations, reduce lead times, improve quality, and optimize costs while maintaining luxury market standards.
* Luxury Packaging & Product Management – Oversee the full lifecycle of packaging and product supply chain operations, ensuring seamless store/retail logistics and fulfillment.
* Client Relationship Management – Act as the primary point of contact for key luxury clients, delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
* Process Improvement & Innovation – Lead continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
* Cross-functional collaboration – Work closely with design, sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics teams to deliver high-end packaging solutions on time and within budget.
* Sustainability & Innovation – Drive eco-conscious packaging solutions while preserving luxury quality and aesthetic appeal.
* Risk & Problem-Solving – Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth, high-quality, and on-time product deliveries.
What You’ll Need
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Packaging, or related fields (MBA or advanced certifications are a plus).
* Experience: 5-7 years in supply chain management, packaging engineering, or operations within luxury goods, fashion, or specialty retail.
Key Skills:
* P&L and budgeting knowledge to drive financial performance.
* Expertise in packaging design, supply chain engineering, and luxury product logistics.
* Strong team leadership experience with a high-performance mindset.
* Project management skills—ability to handle multiple high-stakes projects.
* Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
* Deep understanding of global logistics and high-end retail supply chains.
* Languages: Fluent in English & French (Additional European languages like Italian or Spanish are a plus).
* Travel: Occasional travel across Europe for client visits and supplier engagements.
