Your mission Your mission will be to support the Ferrer Partners Activism, of Pilot I, II and Pilot III implementation and promotion of all ESG initiatives, contributing to the management of relationships with partners and facilitating commercial activities, to promote the company's sustainable and ethical commitment while ensuring effective coordination and execution of related projects and events.
Responsibilities
1. Support the implementation of the Ferrer Activism project and the management of this project with partners.
2. Coordinate all the needed materials and presentations for internal and external ESG-related talks and events with the 40 partners already in the Ferrer Activism project.
3. Support that the local teams start to measure progress, encourage partners to enter into EcoVadis, so they can monitor the progress of the ESG project for follow-up and help them manage ESG risks and track progress.
4. Collaborate in all activism activities and plan all one-to-one kick-off sessions and AdHoc support sessions.
5. Plan to obtain advocates testimonials with each of the CEO.
6. Establish and reconfirm and update local teams and operations with each partner.
7. Plan 14 annual general sessions per year in coordination with RoW steering committee team.

What you’ll need to succeed
1. Having a passion for people, society and the environment.
2. Interested in being a top activist with sustainability and knowledge of ESG is valuable and an advantage.
3. Background in pharma is a plus.
4. Project management skills.
5. Analytical capacity.
6. Effective communication and presentation skills.
7. Ethics and responsibility.
8. High command of spoken and written English level.
9. Possibility of making an agreement with the university for 12 months full-time.
