Your goal is simple, make Hoola the coolest eCom SaaS in town.
This is an incredible opportunity for someone passionate about eCommerce and communications to shape what the future of commerce will look like. Our mission at Hoola is to make every eCommerce more human with 1:1 conversations. We need you to make sure the rest of the world knows.
Your responsibilities:
* Content Creation: Lead the creation and distribution of consistent on-brand and high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, video editing and scripts, newsletters, social media announcements, white papers and case studies.
* Event Execution: Regularly plan and execute events collaborating with partners, building excitement in the eCommerce community and working with sales to optimize both the activation of prospects and follow up processes.
* Build a Strong Ecosystem: Engage with the eCommerce ecosystem, connect with partners, prospects and clients via newsletters, exclusive events and your own personal charisma.
* Brand Building: Turn Hoola into a recognizable brand in the eCommerce ecosystem for AI Customer Experience, synonym of innovation, customer centricity and exceptional results.
* Marketing Results Management: Oversee the portfolio of marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery from concept to execution. Monitor projects’ performance through key metrics and quality standards.
