Mission
3PL Supply Chain Senior Specialist accountable for the overall operational performance of all Logistics Operators, including the cost performance, stock management, metrics monitoring and improvement opportunities. This role involves being part of the transformation of Chiesi Spain & Portugal operations towards a sustainable distribution network, while continually exceeding standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage suppliers, including handling incidents, follow-ups, meetings, and performance measurement.
* Oversee 3PL management, including incidents with interfaces, stock comparison, movements, adjustments, work order management, and various incidents.
* Forecast obsolescence based on sales and manage it monthly.
* Review 3PL invoicing and ensure Supply Chain KPIs are met.
* Support month-end closing activities, including stock and obsolete materials.
* Develop and maintain 3PLâs key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Create and manage dashboards to visualize data and provide actionable insights.
* Utilize Power BI to analyze data and generate reports.
* Lead improvement projects together with the 3PL to drive operations to excellence.
* Develop environmental operations metrics to set the bases to build a sustainable Supply Chain.
Required Qualifications
* Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
* Postgraduate or specific training in Supply Chain (preferable).
* Experience with SAP MM module.
* 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
* High level of English and Spanish proficiency.
