The Digital Marketing Manager at Novotel Kolkata will spearhead online marketing & communication strategies to increase the hotel’s digital footprint, drive traffic, and boost revenue. The role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience with digital platforms, all while staying aligned with the hotel's brand positioning and goals.
Job Description
1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and web-direct growth bookings for rooms, F&B outlets and events.
2. Lead multi-channel digital campaigns across social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing in collaboration with external partners.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency in all digital touchpoints.
4. Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI online.
Qualifications
1. Has digital marketing agency experience - minimum 2 years.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
3. Proven experience (5+ years) in a digital marketing role, preferably in hospitality or a related field.
4. Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media platforms.
5. Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, content marketing, and influencer marketing.
6. Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
7. Creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
8. Data-driven approach with an ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
9. Knowledge of design and content creation tools is a plus (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
