The Regional Distributor Manager represents Red Bull in the region, defining and implementing a profitable and efficient distribution model in his/her area of responsibility, ensuring perfect customer service, as well as the continuous development of the full Red Bull energy drinks portfolio in the On Premise and Traditional channels as well as C&C accounts. Fully responsible for Reach, Volume, and Financial KPIs in his/her region.
CORE KPIs OWNERSHIP
* Secure Financial targets (Volume & AER)
* Secure Numeric and Weighted Distribution targets.
* Secure the right RTM both in OP and TT to deliver the company goals.
* Ensure execution and follow up of the plans & initiatives defined during the Business Plan process.
* Maintain healthy stock levels at every wholesaler/distributor.
ASPIRATIONAL LEADER
* Facilitate and provide support to his/her collaborators (direct reports).
* Define, facilitate, and follow up on the performance goals of his/her collaborators.
* Support in defining and following up on development goals of his/her collaborators.
* Build a succession plan.
STRATEGY AND PLANNING
* Define and provide insights based on data for a long-term and ambitious distribution model in his/her area.
* Develop and perform an accurate financial annual plan for every Strategic and Important Distributor.
* Accurate forecasting and follow up of every different budget.
EXTERNAL SALES TEAM MANAGEMENT
* Strengthen and develop relationships with the right stakeholders who can directly influence the development of the business.
* Take direct actions and develop programs/initiatives to be top of mind for the sales organizations of his/her accounts.
* Own the monthly agenda to invest the right time both in meetings with customers and field visits.
TURN INSIGHTS INTO ACTIONS
* Deep dive into data to accurately plan and monthly phase Sell In targets by SKU.
* Analyze sell out data of key accounts to define clear plans and targets aligned with department goals.
* Connect with internal stakeholders who can help provide insights to deliver previous missions.
Minimum Qualifications:
* 5+ Years of wholesaler or retail accounts management experience.
* Strategic and innovative thinking.
* Solutions-oriented.
* Relationship facilitator.
* Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
* Familiarity with financial SAP/BI systems.
* Willingness to travel 60% of the time.
