Job Purpose
LEVEL is looking to incorporate a Commercial Performance Manager who will be responsible for analysing data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, with the goal of increasing revenue, profitability and commercial efficiency. Key responsibilities include creating performance reports, developing forecast methodologies and leading ad‑hoc cross‑functional analysis to identify business opportunities. The Commercial Manager reports to the Chief Commercial and Network Officer at the same level as the Head of Network and Alliances, Revenue Management and Distribution, eCommerce and Marketing.
Main Accountabilities
* Data analysis: analyse data from a variety of internal and external sources, including sales figures, customer data, market trends, competitive analysis, and industry research, to identify growth opportunities and risks.
* Strategic insights: provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to inform business development, marketing campaigns, and commercial strategies.
* Reporting and visualization: create clear and compelling reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders across all organizational levels.
* Performance monitoring: continuously track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor sales and market performance to identify risks and opportunities.
* Forecasting: develop accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors.
* Process improvement: identify opportunities to improve and automate data‑related processes to increase efficiency and data quality. Partner with data to develop a roadmap on improve Business Intelligence capabilities.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks

* Technical proficiency: proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), SQL, Tableau and Power BI.
* Communication skills: ability to clearly communicate complex technical information and present findings persuasively to diverse audiences.
* Project management: strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, deliver results, and meet deadlines.
* Attention to detail: a commitment to accuracy to ensure the reliability of reports and analyses.
* Experience: bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or commercial development.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
Education
Graduated in engineering, airline management, mathematics, data science or a related field.
