Due to expansion we are looking to add an International Back Office- Partners support into our sales international team based in Barcelona (Spain).
Main purpose of the position is to proactively support administration sales processes by providing the specific and ongoing support to our global partners/customers, sales team, and internal service providers. Product portfolio managed include our laboratory instrumentation solutions and/or retail weighting solutions.
Tasks:
1. Generate quotes, manage general sales administration and filing of documents, support admin trade compliance, contractual and legal procedures related to channel partners and customers located globally across (mainly in Europe, LATAM, Africa and Middle East).
2. Manage incoming calls/mails from partners/customers related to leads and opportunities, as well as to administrative/operational questions (i.e. coordinate technical support).
3. Selected quote preparation and creation for specific assigned partners, approval workflows, follow-up, revision & closing.
4. Assure validity of contracts/legal documents required by our partners.
5. Maintain updated CRM/ERP Data.
6. Support our sales teams and business in organizing trainings and Events (on-site and virtual).
7. Support and cooperate closely with our global supply chain teams in daily operation and housekeeping tasks.
